XPE foam (chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam material) is made of polyethylene resin, foaming agent and other filling materials after being uniformly extruded and then foamed by high temperature. XPE foam has excellent characteristics such as waterproof, moisture-proof, cushioning, rebound, heat preservation, heat insulation, weather resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, light weight, easy processing and forming.

Application field
1. Air conditioning and HVAC: XPE foam (chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam material) has good thermal insulation performance, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance. It is an ideal material for air conditioning insulation
2. Sporting goods
XPE foam is widely used in the sports market due to its good shock absorption and cushioning properties. Commonly used XPE foam products include sports protective gear, surfboards, moisture-proof mats, artificial turf, sports floors, cushions, etc.
3. Construction field
XPE foam has good thermal insulation, sound insulation and shock absorption performance. It is widely used in building thermal insulation, floor sound insulation, wall anti-collision buffering, wall sound insulation etc.
