Polyolefin Foam – IXPE FOAM MSI30

IXPE foam is cross linked by irradiation. The polyethylene resin is heated and foamed to 5 to 30 times to form a completed independent-cell-structure foam. Almost 100% of the independent cells are closed cell and during foaming process, the air went into the cell so that the foam material expanded both in width and thickness.
